I accept returns and exchanges for my handmade jewelry

Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I only accept cancellations if orders aren't shipped yet, and I ship quickly, so the chance that you can cancel is small. . As soon as I see your order I will pack & send.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Worldwide shipping policies
I aim to ship your order within 1-5 business days. Your order will be sent out using Priority air mail. This does not include tracking. If you want a shipping with a track and trace code or shipping with insurance, please send a message to maikai [!at] veganjewelry.shop with the items you like, and the country where you want to send the items to so I can estimate the weight and shipping price.

Please make sure the shipping address provided in your order is correct. If you made a mistake, contact me as soon as possible so I can correct it. Orders sent out to incorrect addresses cannot be retrieved once shipped.

Maikai vegan jewelry cannot be held responsible for missing or undelivered packages. On the rare occasion that this happens, I will try to provide a fitting solution.
